Daily photo for 1.12.11

My little posse. I was home sick yesterday (still not feeling too great), and I had these guys cuddling with me on the couch for part of the late afternoon/evening. You can see my neck and hair in the background. I was only awake maybe 5-6 hours total yesterday, so I feel like I really missed an entire day of life!

The good news is, I am down 3.8 lbs after one week on Weight Watchers! Now I just gotta get back to the gym and tone back up...

I've been getting back into the groove of 'real life', and I have a very sick husband at home (he decided to put that "in sickness and in health" part of the vows in full effect already), so I've been ignoring daily photos for the most part. I am trying to get back into it, as I do love documenting everything, no matter how mundane it may be. It helps me to live in the moment (something I struggle with).

I got the dogs back on Saturday and had some special treats waiting for them from Savannah:







Julio devoured his, and Jorge ate most of his except the end. Julio found his leftovers, and the following occured. Be prepared to giggle!





(yes, we keep a quilt over the couch when the boys are home... until I find a good method that truly removes Julio's light hairs from the couch, this will have to do.)
