Going by the above link, I can have 18 points a day.<br /><br />If you have an iphone, the app "MyFoodCalc" is great for calculating point values in food. WW also has an app that gives you free recipes and success stories periodically. That's where I got the mini choc chip cookies recipe.<br /><br />If you'd like recipes for any of the dishes I posted here, I'd be happy to share them. So far, I am using mostly recipes from WW cookbooks (I've ordered two more in the last couple of days).<br /><br />I lost 3.8 pounds the first week. Granted, it's not as fun as just eating whatever the heck you want, but it really works. Let me know if you try it, and what you think.
